No one can just keep their cool like that. You have chosen to defend those who can't appear to defend themselves, all for the sake of the "vIsIoN oF tHe CoMmUnItY", I'm guessing. In my opinion, it's not healthy. Not the first time, that's for sure. You push away people with good reason to talk in a "rude" manner simply because it's not nice to the people who they are talking to.
