Ok, so to make the suspension on a car stiffer, you should increase the spring value for the shocks...
Open the .truck file in the vehicle archive and search for the 'shocks' or 'shocks2' section.
For the 'shocks' section: 3rd value = spring, 4th value = damping
For the 'shocks2' section: 3rd & 7th values = spring (in & out), 4th & 8th values = damping (in & out)
Depending on the increase of the spring value, you may have to adjust the damping value to stop the suspension from braking...
So you might have to do a bit of guess and check. The other way is to use the formula from the RoR Docs, but that includes some weight calculation...
